Itinerary for the Beau-Sejour weekend:

If you arrive Friday afternoon before our evening session starts and you like to join other participants for a drink or something to eat, you are most likely to find us starting at 17:00 in the Espace Noir, Rue Francillion 29, St-Imier.

19:00 we meet at the World Wide Wisdom Research and Documentation Centre at Rue de la Malathe 4, St-Imier for our evening session. Together, we will collect a bird's eye view of existing and to-be-created projects that we think aim to build the new in the shadow of the old. This will give us a head start, laying out the terrain we will be covering on Saturday. At around 21:30 we will end the Friday evening session.

9:30 our shuttle bus will pick you up at the Place de la Gare, the St-Imier train station and bring you to our mountain retreat, the Hotel Beau-Sejour. If you wish to drive to the Beau-Sejour with your own car, you find it at Cerneux-Veusil-Dessus.

At 10:00 we will start our morning session, have lunch together at 12:30, continue with our afternoon session at 13:30 and end Saturdays session at 18:00, with our shuttle bus returning to the St-Imier train station before 18:30. There will be the option of having dinner together for those of you that like to stick around Saturday night.

Again, 9:30 our shuttle bus will pick you up at the Place de la Gare, the St-Imier train station and bring you to our mountain retreat, the Hotel Beau-Sejour. If you wish to drive to the Beau-Sejour with your own car, you find it at Cerneux-Veusil-Dessus.

At 10:00 we will start our morning session, have lunch together at 12:30, continue with our afternoon session at 13:30 and end the 2013 Beau-Sejour gathering at 16:00 on Sunday, with our shuttle bus returning to the St-Imier train station before 16:30.

For those of you that have arranged accommodation through us, our shuttle bus will also take care of getting you to and from your accommodation.

If you haven't done so yet, you can still have us arrange accommodation for you. You would need to get in touch with us during the next three days, but by Tuesday, October 22 at the latest.
